<p><strong>Ingredientes:</strong><br />
- 1 colher de chá de raspas de limão<br />

<p><strong>Procedimento:</strong><br />
Prepare a massa de cookies ou utilize a massa pronta conforme                      as instruções. Misture as sementes de anis e                      gergelim e as raspas de laranja e limão à massa,                      além da canela. Enrole em superfície polvilhada                      com farinha até atingir cerca de 0,5cm de espessura.                      Corte com um cortador de biscoitos (luas ou meia-luas são                      ideais) e coloque sobre fôrmas. Polvilhe a mistura com                      açúcar e canela e asse.</p>

<p>As amoras contidas nestes muffins possuem uma boa dose de antocianidina, o pigmento azul-avermelhado que aumenta a circulação sangüínea do cérebro, contribuindo para uma boa memória, acuidade mental e capacidade de aprendizado.</p>
<p>As frutas vermelhas como a amora são ricas em antocianidina, uma substância química natural que confere à fruta sua cor intensa. Estudos demonstram que ela melhora a atividade cerebral, incluindo a memória.</p>
<p>As frutas vermelhas, como amoras e morangos, são bem cotadas na comunidade científica por serem a melhor proteção antioxidante para o cérebro em desenvolvimento das crianças.</p>
<p>As maçãs são conhecidas desde a Antiguidade pelas suas propriedades mágicas ligadas ao amor. A amora confere proteção.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes:</strong><br />
- 115 g de manteiga<br />
- 55 g / 1/4 de xícara de açúcar mascavo<br />
- 2 ovos<br />
- 1/2 colher (chá) de canela em pó<br />
- 2 colheres (sopa) de geléia de laranja<br />
- casca ralada de 1 laranja<br />
- 115 g / 1 xícara de farinha de trigo com fermento<br />
- 115 g / 1 xícara de aveia em flocos<br />
- 1 maçã sem sementes e ralada com a casca<br />
- 115 g / 1 xícara de amoras</p>
<p><strong>Modo de Preparo:</strong><br />
1- Preaqueça o forno a 200ºC. Bata a manteiga com o açúcar e acrescente os ovos, a canela, a geléia e a casca de laranja aos poucos, mexendo sempre.<br />
2- Junte a farinha e a aveia, batendo até a massa ficar uniforme. Acrescente a maçã e as amoras e misture delicadamente.<br />
3- Coloque colheradas da massa em forminhas de empadinha, cobrindo pouco mais da metade. Asse por 20 a 30 minutos até que estejam dourados.<br />
4- Retire e deixe esfriar.</p>
<p>Rendimento: 12 muffins<br />
Tempo de preparo + cozimento: 10 + 30 minutos<br />
Conservação: Pode ser guardado por até 1 semana em um pote hermeticamente fechado.</p>

<p>Em banho-maria, derreta o chocolate, mexendo constantemente. Tire a panela do fogo e misture o Bourbon e o xarope de milho. Coloque também o açúcar, os waffers e as nozes. Misture bem. Quando estiver tudo bem misturado, desligue o fogo e deixe esfriar. Quando estiver menos quente, enrole as bolas com as mãos, semelhante a quando se faz brigadeiro. Faça-as do tamanho que quiser. Role cada bola em um pratinho com açúcar e coloque sobre papel-manteiga. Cubra e resfrie durante algumas horas.</p>

<p>Ingredientes<br />
- 2 maçãs, descascadas e fatiadas;<br />
- 2 tabletes de manteiga;<br />
- Queijo cheddar ralado a gosto;<br />
- Massa para tortas (pode ser das industrializadas se não souber          fazer);<br />
- 1 colher (sobremesa) de açúcar branco;<br />
- 1 colher (chá) de canela;<br />
- 4 ovos grandes inteiros;<br />
- 1 1/2 xícaras de creme de leite.</p>
<p>Deixe a maçã fritar na manteiga durante cinco minutos.          Salpique açúcar e canela em cima das maçãs.          Recheie a massa de torta com as maçãs. Salpique o queijo          sobre a torta (já fechada). Bata os ovos junto com o creme de leite.          Espalhe em cima da torta. Asse até que doure, por mais ou menos          35 minutos.</p>

- 1 Laranja (sumo e raspa);</p>
<p>Parta o pão aos bocados para uma terrina resistente ao calor,          de seguida coloque o leite a ferver por cima dos bocados de pão          e deixe arrefecer um pouco. Passado um pouco quando este estiver morno          passe pelo passe-vite. De seguida junte as gemas dos ovos, o açúcar,          o sumo e a raspa da Laranja. Depois divide-se em tacinhas e vai para o          frigorífico, deve-se servir frio.</p>

- 1 Litro de vinho Rosé;<br />

- 2 Amêndoas;<br />
- 1 Cálice de aguardente;<br />
- 1 Pau de baunilha;<br />
- 200g. de açúcar;<br />
- 2 Copos de água;</p>
<p>Deixe os figos macerando no vinho Rosé durante 10 dias. Passados          esses dias, filtre a mistura. Em fogo brando, derreta o açúcar          na água, acrescente a preparação filtrada e deixe          cozer durante 10 minutos. Misture bem e junte a aguardente, a baunilha          e as amêndoas. Deixe descansar durante um mês. Filtre de          novo para engarrafar e deixe envelhecer alguns tempos às escuras          antes de provar com moderação…</p>
